Legend/precursor
A Portland woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon on a Level 6 felony charge.
Angela C. Dixon, 43, 605 W. High St., was arrested for possession or use of a legend or precursor.
She was booked at at 4:39 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held under a $3,000 bond.

Probation violation
A Portland man was arrested Tuesday for violating his probation.
Harley H. Golder, 20, 1112 N. Franklin St., was arrested on the Level 6 felony charge.
He was booked at 5:26 p.m. into Jay County Jail and remains there under a $7,000 bond.

Multiple charges
A Portland woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon for two drug-related charges.
Robin K. Jacks, 43, 410 E. Seventh St., was arrested possession or use of a legend or precursor, a Level 5 felony charge. She was also arrested for possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
She was booked at 2:43 p.m. into Jay County Jail and remains there under an $11,000 bond.
