A Dunkirk man was arrested at 7:27 p.m. Friday for violating his parole.
Justus Payne Folkerth, 23, 1146 S. Indiana 1, was arrested on a bench warrant for parole violation, which was a Class D felony.
He was booked to Jay County Jail and is being held on a $20,000 bond.
