Probation violation
A Portland man was arrested Monday for a felony probation violation.
Travis Joseph Borgerding, 27, 786 W. Seventh St., was arrested on a Jay Circuit Court bench warrant for probation violation, a Class C felony.
He was booked into Jay County Jail at 2:24 p.m. He is being held with no bond.
