A Hartford City man was arrested on a felony charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated about 2 a.m. today.
Todd A. Pulley, 54, 2951 W. Mohee Rd, was arrested for an OWI, a Level 6 felony.
He is being held at the Jay County Jail on $4,000 bond.
