Funds could help improve Salamonie

To the editor:
Sure would be nice to see what the commissioners want to spend the $1.8 million the county is going to get.
Been 15 years since our river has been dredged, and that little bit that was done near Seventh Street looks nice.
The rest of the river needs to look that good. Sure will hold a lot more water.
Doing this will make our new swimming pool’s appearance look better.
This is a job that can’t wait 15 years to be done again.
