Nachelle Miller and Andre Duke are planning an Aug. 6 wedding.
The daughter of Tim and Janelle Miller, Portland, Nachelle is a 2012 graduate of Jay County High School.
She is studying nursing at The University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne and is a patient care tech at Parkview North.
Andre is the grandson of Doris Duke of Portland. He is also a 2012 graduate of Jay County High School and is employed as a CNC machinist at Shiloh Industries in Auburn.
