Salvation Army says thank you
Letters to the Editor
To the editor:
With the holidays behind us, Jay County Salvation Army would like to thank all the volunteers who made this year’s fundraiser a success.
Without you, many who are less fortunate would not receive the help they desperately need.
Thanks to Katie Clark and all her helpers who organized the high school students.
We would also like to thank our kettle coordinator, Marisa Moore, for all the hard work she puts in. Thanks to Jim Fennig of Wal-Mart for your continued support of the bell ringers. And thanks to Tom Lester of Marsh supermarket for his continued support and to Family Dollar for its continued support.
Thank you to the students of Jay County High School and others who braved the cold weather to come out and volunteer their time.
And a big thank you to the community for its generosity.
