Felony arrests
Multiple charges
A Winchester man was arrested Thursday evening for multiple drug charges.
Damon Reed Stipp, 23, 836 N. West St., Winchester, was arrested for possession of a syringe, possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, both Level 6 felonies, possession of marijuana/hashish, a Class B misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was booked at 11:15 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $4,500 bond.
