Felony arrests
Resisting
A Portland man was arrested Tuesday afternoon for resisting an officer.
Gabriel A. Dann, 43, 1213 E. Indiana 26, was arrested for resisting an officer, a Level 6 felony, reckless driving, a Class C misdemeanor and an infraction for driving while suspended.
He was booked at 4:19 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $5,000 bond.
Drug charges
A Portland man was arrested Tuesday morning on drug-related charges.
Quentin Lee Guntle, 20, 2697 E. Treaty Line Road, was arrested for possession of a syringe and possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, both Level 6 felonies, resisting an officer, a Level 6 felony, resisting an officer, a Class A misdmeanor and a bench warrant for falure to stop at an accident, a Class C misdemeanor.
He was booked at 1:03 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there without a bond.
