JAY COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY ANNUAL DINNER MEETING — Reservations are due by 4 p.m. Wednesday for the annual dinner meeting to be held on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at Asbury United Methodist Church in Portland. The cost is $10.
