Melissa D. Majors, 34, 306 Division St., Parker City, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class A misdemeanor - Sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail, with all but 24 days suspended and given 24 days credit for 12 already served.
She was assessed court costs of $183 and ordered to make restitution for the benefit of Millers Pantry in the sum of $126.35. She was also placed on probation for one year, concurrent with probation imposed from a previous sentence.
Daniel R. Miller, 21, pleaded guilty to battery, a Class B misdemeanor, as an included offense of the charge of battery resulting in bodily injury, a Class A misdemeanor - Sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail, with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day already served.
He was assessed court costs of $183 and placed on formal probation for six months.
