Nonsupport

A Portland man was arrested Wednesday on charges of nonsupport.

Phillip A. Pavey, 34, 1120 S. Shank St., Portland, was arrested on a charge of nonsupport of a dependent child, a Level 6 felony. He was booked at 1:54 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $2,324 bond.



Perjury

A homeless Portland woman and a Portland man were arrested recently on warrants for charges of perjury.

Kiaya A. Crouch, 26, Portland, was arrested early this morning on a warrant for the charge of perjury, a Level 6 felony. She was booked at 2:16 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there with a $4,000 bond.

Quentin A. Hinshaw, 25, 303 E. Water St., was arrested Wednesday night on a bench warrant for perjury, a Level 6 felony. He was booked at 7:08 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there with a $3,000 bond.
