Elderly, Fort menus
LifeStream hosts a Senior Cafe at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday at Jay Community Center, 115 E. Water St. in Portland. Meals are for those 60 and older and a $3.50 donation is suggested. To make a reservation, call (800) 589-1121.
Monday — Paprika baked chicken, bread, zucchini with red peppers, mashed potatoes or sliced ham and American cheese, whole wheat bread, lettuce/tomato, four bean salad. Includes
Seafood Salad, Crackers, Pasta Veggie Salad, Garden Greens. Includes mandarin oranges.
Tuesday — Chili with beans, crackers, escalloped apples, steamed spinach or seafood salad, crackers, pasta veggie salad, garden greens. Includes cardinal citrus gelatin orsugar free gelatin.
Wednesday — Pork riblet on bun, chuckwagon corn, carrot slaw or chicken salad, whole wheat bread, green pea salad, pickled beets. Includes pineapple crisp orsugar free pineapple.
Thursday — Breaded fish onbun , seasoned green beans, potatoes or turkey and cheese on bread, lettuce/tomato, cole slaw. Includes mixed fruit.

Monday — Mini corn dogs, cooked carrots, tropical fruit.
Tuesday — Teriyaki chicken, rice, broccoli,pears..

Thursday — Walking taco, refried beans, lettuce/cheese, fruit slushie.
Friday — Egg and cheese muffin, hash brown, orange juice, fruitsnack..
