Swamp seems to still be full

To the editor:
In the not too distant past, so-called President-elect Donald Trump promised to “Drain the Swamp.”
With Trump’s nominees to lead the education and treasury departments, and to fill the vacant seat on the Supreme Court, not to mention two others, we should all be made aware that the ol’ swamp is close to flood level.
On the local scene, Gov. Eric Holcomb is doing a masterful job. Countermanding your predecessor’s edicts can be disastrous, especially when they are of the same party.
