His license was suspended for two years; Christina M. Easton, 20, 219 Boundary Road, Fort Recovery, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. Her original charge was operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was sentenced to pay a $1,000 fine and court costs; Alfredo Marin-Azamar, 43, Portland, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, with blood-alcohol over the legal limit, no operator’s license, driving the wrong way and failure to display plates. He was sentenced to six days in jail with the option to attend alcohol school in lieu of three days, a $375 fine and court costs and his license suspended for one year; Angela K. Moore, 43, 2289 Burrville Road, Fort Recovery, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of physical control of a vehicle while under the influence. Her original charge was operating a vehicle while intoxicated. She was sentenced to a $1,250 fine and must undergo alcohol evaluation, follow all recommendations and pay court costs; Keith M. Hemmert, 41, 2289 Burrville Road, Fort Recovery, pleaded no contest to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. His original charge was telecommunications harassment. He was sentenced to seven days in jail suspended on the condition that he has no unauthorized contact with the victim and pays court costs.
