Meth possession
Jonathan T. Post, 29, 5909 Silas Moffitt Way, Carmel, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. He was sentenced to serve one year in Jay County Jail, with all but 20 days suspended and given six days credit for three days already served.
He was fined $100, assessed $183 in court costs, ordered to pay a $200 drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee ordered to pay a $400 Jay Superior Court Substance Abuse Fee and placed on formal probation for 11 months.
