Will turbines affect the birds?

To the editor:
With the recent articles in the paper about the wind turbines, I was wondering if the migration patterns and roosting areas of the turkey vultures/buzzards have been discussed.
Every year they come back in March and roost in the woods on county road 800 South near State Line Road. They help clean up a lot of roadkill.
Additionally other states with windmills have reported an increase in rodent population. Just wondering if this will change in our area.
