Elderly, Fort menus
LifeStream hosts a Senior Cafe at 11:30 a.m. Monday through Thursday at Jay Community Center, 115 E. Water St. in Portland. Meals are for those 60 and older and a $3.50 donation is suggested. To make a reservation, call (800) 589-1121.
Monday — Sausage with onions and peppers on a bun, southern green beans, carrots or chicken chef salad, club crackers, spinach/romaine greens, tri-color bean salad. Both includes peaches.
Tuesday — Chicken Milano, garlic bread, Normandy blend veggies, garden salad or seafood salad, saltine crackers, pasta veggie salad, garden greens. Includes mixed fruit cup.
Wednesday — Beef tips with orange sauce, whole wheat bread, red bliss potatoes, cabbage or sliced roasted turkey and swiss cheese, whole wheat bread, lettuce/tomato, cole slaw. Includes brownie or sugar free vanilla wafers.
Thursday — Southwestern omelet bake, biscuit, O’Brien potatoes, spiced apple slices or sliced ham and American cheese, whole wheat bread, lettuce/tomato, carrot raisin salad.

The following is the menu for Fort Recovery Middle School for the week of May 15. All meals are served with milk.
Monday — Hamburger sandwich, tomato, green beans, pears.
Tuesday — Barbecue rib sandwich, sweet potato fries, mandarin oranges.
Wednesday — Chicken tenders, butter bread, corn, strawberry cup.
Thursday — Soft taco, lettuce/cheese/salsa, refried beans, grape slushy.
Friday — Cheese pizza, spinach salad, applesauce, Goldfish crackers.
