Felony arrests
Possession
A Portland woman was arrested on a drug possession charge Monday.
Kelli S. Morningstar, 19, 538 W. High St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine.
She was booked at 2:12 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there without bond.
