Dirksen, Gelhaus to wed
Jennifer Dirksen, Bryant, and Spencer Gelhaus, Portland, are planning an Oct. 14 wedding at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bryant.
Jennifer is the daughter of Bob and Carol Dirksen, Bryant. She is a 2012 graduate of Jay County High School and a 2016 graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics with a minor in food management. She is pursuing her master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and will graduate in December.
Spencer is the son of Ron and Judy Gelhaus, St. Henry, Ohio. He is a 2009 graduate of St. Henry High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences pharmacology/toxicology with a minor in chemistry. He is an analytical chemist at Brookside Laboratories, Inc., in New Bremen, Ohio.
