Brandon S. Gibson, 25, 105 ½ E. Main St., Saratoga, was found in violation of his probation stemming from driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — He was sentenced to an additional 60 days of the one-year sentence originally imposed and given eight days credit for four days already served. He will serve the remaining 52 days of his sentence on electronically monitored home detention.
Vernon L. Adair, 77, 7485 E. 300 North, Portland, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day already served. Assessed $185.50 in court costs and ordered to pay an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200. Placed on formal probation for six months. The court suggested to Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that his driver’s licensebe suspended for 71 days.

Jack, 18, 2908 Lynn Ave., Apartment 1B, Fort Wayne, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day already served. Assessed $185 in court costs and ordered to pay a drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee of $200 and a Jay Superior Court substance abuse program fee of $400. Placed on six months of formal probation.

Elizabeth L. Todd, 19, 5146 Riverview Drive, Indianapolis, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced one year in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day already served. Assessed $100 in court costs and ordered to pay a drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee of $200 and a Jay Superior Court substance abuse program fee of $400. Placed on formal probation for 11 months. The court suggested to Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles that her driver’s licensebe suspended for 60 days.

Shaneyfelt, 27, 8187 E. 600 South, Portland, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail with all but 32 days suspended and given 32 days credit of 16 days already served. Assessed $185 is court costs and ordered to pay a drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee of $200 and a Jay Superior Court substance abuse program fee of $400. Placed on formal probation for six months.
