Felony arrests
Possession
A Portland woman was arrested Friday night on a drug-related charge.
Harley M. Stewart, 20, 3545 E. 200 South, was arrested by Portland police for possession of narcotics and possession of a syringe, both Level 6 felonies.
She was booked at 9:48 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there on a $4,500 bond.
Incest
Police arrested Joseph L. Wilson, 48, 5835 W. 575 South, Redkey, on a charge of incest, a Level 5 felony.
He is being held at Jay County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
