Stephens, 40, 120 S Walnut, Ridgeville, pleaded guilty for possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail and given 180 days credit for 90 days already served. Assessed $185 in court costs and ordered to pay a $200 drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee.

Trevin W. MIller, 27, 117 N Sycamore St, Redkey, was found in violation of his probation stemming from a previous conviction for invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to 90 days of the one year sentence already imposed and given 60 days credit for 30 days already served.
