Probation violation
A rural Pennville man was arrested Tuesday on a pair of felony charges.
Curtis W. Mock, 8179 W. 550 North, Pennville, was arrested for failure to appear and a probation violation on a previous charge of methamphetamine, both Level 5 felonies. He was booked at 1:29 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held without bond.
