Probation violations

A Redkey woman sentenced in Jay Superior Court for violating her probation.  

Skye A. Hough, 25, 120 S. Meridian St., was found in violation of her probation on the original charges of possession of a narcotic drug and unlawful possession of a syringe, Level 6 felonies. She was ordered to serve an additional 90 days of the sentence originally imposed June 8, 2017, and was given 90 days credit for 45 days served. Her probation was terminated unsuccessfully. A pending second petition alleging violation of her probation was dismissed. 

In a separate case, Hough was found in violation of her probation on the original charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. She was ordered to serve an additional 90 days of the sentence originally imposed on June 8 and was given credit for time served since June 29. Her probation was terminated unsuccessfully and a pending second petition alleging violation of her probation was dismissed.
