Fined and sentenced
Kyle Young, 35, 1109 S. 55 East, Selma, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 30 days and given two days credit for one day served. Assessed court costs of $185 and ordered to pay a drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee of $200. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of driving while suspended, a Class A infraction, was dismissed.
