Multiple charges 

Rodney Dewayne Adams II, 28, 1237 U.S. 27 North, Portland, is being held in Jay County Jail on $43,000 bond on two Level 6 felony charges of pointing a firearm and a Level 2 felony charge of dealing cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine. He also faces misdemeanor charges of theft/receiving stolen property, false reporting, and possession of marijuana or hashish.

He was booked into the jail Saturday.

Shaina L. Gunter, 32, of the same address was arrested Sunday on two Level 6 felony charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug. She is being held on $4,500 bond.



Possession

Ana Valeria Perez-Cavanzon, 22, 128 E. Water St., Portland, was arrested early Monday on a Level 6 felony charge of possession of a narcotic drug and a Level 6 felony charge of maintaining a common nuisance. She also faces a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.



Escape

Jerit G. Franklin, 38, 1100 W. 17th St., Muncie, is being held in Jay County Jail on $10,000 bond facing a Level 5 felony charge of escape. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of failing to appear in court on a theft charge.
