Saturday at Leo: Wyatt Geesaman and Ryan Schlechty both had career game scoring in leading Jay County to a 55-51 victory over the Leo Lions. Geesaman scored 22 points and Schlechty had 12 as coach Chris Krieg got his 100th career win.

Tuesday vs. Bishop Luers: In a battle of Knights, the home team dominated as Norwell blasted Bishop Luers 70-48 in a season-high scoring for Norwell. Will Geiger had 34 points and 17 rebounds for Norwell, which also got 13 points from Brandon Nicholson.

Last season: Jay County managed just two field goals in the second half off a 47-39 loss to Norwell. Jay Houck, who twisted his left ankle and was out for about three minutes, led the Patriots with 13 points and Stigleman contributed 11. Three Knights reached double figures.
