Angela Marie Jude May Fouch, 50, Portland, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at 3:40 a.m. at Jay County Hospital. She was born July 29, 1967, in Fort Wayne to the late Cathy Wourms May Ballinger and Vernon May.
Angie is survived by her loving husband of 16 years Stephen D. Fouch Jr.; children Matthew E. Cline (wife: Cheyenne) and Madison Fouch, both of Portland; step-children Brooke C. Fouch and Chase D. Fouch, both of Portland; her father, Jack W. Ballinger (wife: Mary Beth) of Indianapolis; in-laws Stephen D. Fouch Sr. (wife: Deborah) of Portland; sister Teresa May Thielking (husband: Mark) of Defiance, Ohio; brother John W. Ballinger of Indianapolis; sisters-in-law Brenda Waldvogel (husband: Jason) of Archbold, Ohio, and Beth Fouch of Portland; four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many loving friends.
Angie was employed at JR Manufacturing in Fort Recovery and formerly by Jay Products and Portland Forge in Portland. She was a 1985 Jay County High School graduate and earned her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. She was a member of Jay County Band Boosters.
Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Baird-Freeman Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Hines presiding. Burial will be in the Bluff Point Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 to 7 p.m. Friday. Memorials can be made to National Brain Tumor Society, State of the Heart Hospice or IU Hospital Foundation.
