David L. Hicks, 36, 225 E. Elder St., Portland, was released from Jay County Jail Thursday on $7,000 bond. He faces a Level 5 felony charge of possession of methamphetamine.

A Muncie woman was released on $5,000 bond Thursday from Jay County Jail where she had been held on a Level 6 felony charge of residential entry.
Jennifer L. Amos, 43, 2116 S. Grant St., had been arrested on a two-year-old warrant related to a rural Dunkirk break-in.
