Felony arrests
Theft
A Portland woman is being held in Jay County Jail on $3,000 bond charged with Level 6 felony theft.
Leanna Louise Tiller, 26, 903 W. Race St., was arrested Tuesday evening by Portland police. She is charged with the theft of $205 in merchandise from Walmart in Portland.
A second individual was also arrested in the same incident and charged with misdemeanor theft.
