The Jay County High School football team’s informational meeting has been moved to 5:30 p.m. May 24.
It will be held in the JCHS commons, and it will last about an hour.
Discussion topics include summer and fall calendars, eligibility requirements, practice pack and team captains.

Golf outing is June 1
The Jay County Chamber of Commerce Chamber Classic Golf Outing is slated for June 1 at Portland Golf Club.
Cost is $250 per foursome, and it includes lunch, a golf clinic from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. and time on the driving range.
Registration, which is limited to 21 teams, begins at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start at 10 a.m.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available.

Tennis clinic to be in June
The Jay County High School boys tennis team will have a clinic from June 26 through 28.
Cost is $25, and it is open to kids who will be entering third through ninth grades. The camp will be from 10 to 11 a.m. for all campers, but those entering sixth through ninth grade will go until 11:30 a.m.
Those who register before June 19 will receive a t-shirt. Registration forms are available at jcpatriotsathletics.com.

The Jay County High School football program will host its annual kids camp in July.
The camp will run from 5:30 to 7 p.m. July 16 through 19 at JCHS.
Cost is $25 and is open to kids entering kindergarten through eighth grade.
