Possession 

A Redkey man was arrested on drug-related charges last week in Blackford County. 

Jesse A. Cooley, 21, 604 S. Meridian St., was arrested Oct. 29 on the preliminary charges of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. 

He was booked into Blackford County Jail and later released on a $1,000 bond. 

Possession 

A Portland man was arrested Monday evening on two warrants. 

Tracy L. Arnold, 50, 910 S. Bridge St., was arrested on warrants for maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony, and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor. 

He was booked at 5:49 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $5,000 bond. 

Possession 

A Muncie man was arrested Monday on a drug-related charge. 

Christopher P. Tapley, 26, 2625 E. Memorial Drive, was arrested on the preliminary charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. 

He was booked at 5:47 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $5,000 bond.
