Failure to appear
A Muncie woman was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear in court.
Tyler M. Seaton, 30, 1702 S. High St., was arrested for failure to appear on the charge of theft, a Level 6 felony.
She was booked at 8:31 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held there without bond.
