Tritch is who District 3 deserves

Letters to the Editor

To the editor:

Fortunate I have been to hear Courtney Tritch speak on many occasions and impressive she is.

This is a person who truly cares about people — one who is all-inclusive, genuine, and compassionate. These admirable qualities clearly stand out in her positive television ads.

Courtney has campaigned tirelessly in her quest to represent the 3rd Congressional District.

She believes people should have affordable health care and high-paying jobs, plus the best public schools for their children with teachers being paid fairly. She will work hard to make sure this happens, given the chance.

She also believes veterans and their families should have the best care possible. That’s why she moderated a veterans town hall meeting on Sept. 5 at American Legion Post 148, so she could gain insight on what was working and what wasn’t in order for her to be able to help in the future. I know because I was there and heard heart-wrenching stories that made faces wet with tears.

You will have an opportunity to see Courtney in action when she participates in two debates with her opponent, Jim Banks, on Sunday, Oct. 28, on WPTA-TV Channel 21 at 7 p.m. and on Friday, Nov. 2, on WANE-TV Channel 15 at 7 p.m.

Having a proven background of getting things done in the business sector because she works so effectively with people from both parties, Courtney would be a great asset in a congressional setting. She could implement the many good things she wants to do for people.

That’s what we deserve, and that’s what we can have when we vote for Courtney Tritch on Nov. 6.
