Bench warrants
A Dunkirk man was arrested on several warrants Monday night.
Nathaniel S. McClain, 25, 131 S. Broad St., was arrested on warrants for residential entry and unlawful possession of a syringe, both Level 6 felonies; resisting an officer, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct, a Class A misdemeanor.
He was booked at 6:30 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was later released on a $10,000 bond.
Residential entry
A Dunkirk man was arrested for residential entry Monday morning.
Mark A. Stinson, 50, 22 W. Leisure Lane, Apartment 5, was arrested on the preliminary charges of residential entry, a Level 6 felony, and disorderly conduct and public intoxication, Class B misdemeanors.
He was booked at 10:28 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $4,300 bond.
