Failure to appear
An Ohio man was arrested Tuesday for failing to appear in court.
Phillip E. Fetters, 30, 519 S. Brook St., Greenville, Ohio, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony.
He was booked at 6:44 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held without bond.
