Heather L. Sawyer, 35, 752 E. 400 South, Portland, pleaded guilty to visiting a common nuisance, a Class A misdemeanor, as a lesser included charge of maintaining a common nuisance, a Level 6 felony — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 60 days, all suspended. Fined $1, assessed court costs of $185 and placed on formal probation for 60 days.
As part of a plea agreement, a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, was dismissed.
Trent Cline II, 21, 1332 S. Meridian St., Portland, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 60 days with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day served. Fined $10, assessed court costs of $185.50, placed on formal probation for six months and ordered to pay an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200 and a substance abuse program fee of $400.
The court recommended the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles suspend his license for 60 days. As part of a plea agreement, charges of leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .08 percent or more, a Class C misdemeanor, were dismissed.
Wilburn Neal, 78, 631 Lincoln Ave., Dunkirk, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day served. Assessed court costs of $185.50, ordered to pay a substance abuse program fee of $400 and an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200 and placed on formal probation for six months. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with an alcohol concentration equivalent of .08 percent or more, a Class C misdemeanor, was dismissed.

Dingler, 20, 6008 Roswell Road S.W., Sherrodsville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 180 days with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day served. Fined $1, assessed court costs of $185 and placed on formal probation for six months.
Gilberto S. Lopez, 23, 1104 S. Massachusetts Ave., Portland, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to 60 days in Jay County Jail with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day served. Assessed court costs of $185.50 and placed on formal probation for six months. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor, was dismissed.
