Probation violation

A Portland man was arrested Monday for violating his probation. 

Brian J. Stephen, 32, 503 E. Main St., was arrested on a warrant for violating his probation on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering a person with a passenger less than 18 years of age, a Level 6 felony.

He was booked at 12:47 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $600 cash bond. 

Possession 

A Portland woman was arrested on a drug possession charge Monday evening. 

Brittany N. Bailey, 33, 1001 N. Ben Hawkins St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony. 

She was booked at 5:50 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $5,000 bond. 

Possession 

An Eaton man was arrested on an enhanced drug possession charge on Monday.

Tristan B. Caldwell, 30, 602 E. Indiana Ave., was arrested on a warrant for possession of marijuana, a Level 6 felony.

He was booked at 5:55 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was released on a $4,000 bond.

Possession 

A Portland woman was arrested on a drug-related charge Monday night.

Kristin E. Derringer, 38, 940 W. Main St., was arrested on a warrant for possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony.

She was booked at 9:05 p.m. into Jay County Jail and was released on a $3,000 bond.
