Marcus A. Ternet, 52, who is considered homeless, is being held without bond in Jay County Jail after failing to appear on an original Class B felony charge of battery with injury. He was transported to Jay County on Thursday from Fort Wayne.
Syringe case
Aaron M. Darr, 38, 351 W. Pleasant St., Dunkirk, is being held on $6,000 bond in Jay County Jail following his arrest Thursday on a Level 6 felony charge of unlawful possession of a syringe.
