Joshua Deam Troxel, 32, 1000 E. Franklin, Hartford City, is being held on $4,000 bond in Jay County Jail on preliminary charges for committing battery in front of a child, a Level 6 felony, Sunday.
Possession
A Dunkirk man is being held on $500 bond in Jay County Jail for unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony.
Anthony Jacob Harvey, 28, 301 W Washington St., has been in jail since his arrest Friday.
