Aaron L. Hendrickson, 46, 4405 Pitt St., Anderson, was found in violation of his probation on the original charge of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor — Ordered to serve an additional 182 days of the sentence imposed on Jan. 16, 2018, and given 182 days credit for 91 days served. Probation was terminated unsuccessfully.
Elizabeth M. Craw, 31, 1132 S. Massachusetts Ave., Portland, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 180 days with all but 60 days suspended and given 58 days credit for 29 days served. Assessed court costs of $185, placed on formal probation for six months and ordered to pay a drug abuse, prosecution, interdiction and correction fee of $200 and a substance abuse program fee of $400.
Tom D. Weaver, 38, 2893 Boundary Pike, Portland, pleaded guilty to visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 180 days with all but six days suspended and given six days credit for three days served. Assessed court costs of $185 and placed on formal probation for six months.
Daniel L. Gillum, 65, 208 S. Hendricks St., Bryant, pleaded guilty to battery, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to 180 days in Jay County Jail with all but six days suspended and given six days credit for three days served. Assessed court costs of $185 and placed on formal probation for six months. As part of a plea agreement, a charge of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor, was dismissed.
Jerit E. Franklin, 39, last known address in Muncie, was found in violation of his probation on the original charge of theft, a Class A misdemeanor — Ordered to serve an additional 86 days of the sentence imposed on Jan. 17, 2018, and given 86 days credit for 43 days served. Probation was terminated unsuccessfully.
