OWI  

An Indianapolis woman was arrested early Sunday morning for drunk driving. 

Deici Tlatoa, 21, 9473 San Miguel Drive, was arrested on the preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and neglect of a dependent, both Level 6 felonies; operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.15 percent or more, a Class A misdemeanor; and driving without ever receiving a license, a Class C misdemeanor. 

She was booked at 1:30 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $4,500 bond. 

Resisting, possession 

A Portland man was arrested on two warrants Sunday morning. 

Chad E. Guntle, 47, 1451 W. 550 South, was arrested on warrants for resisting law enforcement, a Level 6 felony, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. 

He was booked at 1:31 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $6,000 bond. 

Possession, invasion 

A Union City man was arrested Sunday on several charges. 

Nickolaus M. Roberts, 31, 333 S. Columbia St., was arrested on the preliminary charges of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, invasion of privacy and possession of marijuana, Class A misdemeanors, and possession of paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor. 

He was booked at 8:29 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $4,500 bond.
