Fined and sentenced
Kisha L. Lopez, 37, 101 S. Pierce St., Apartment 7, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to one year in Jay County Jail with all but 30 days suspended and given two days credit for one day served. Assessed court costs of $185, placed on formal probation for 11 months and ordered to pay restitution to victim.
Zaaron Lee, 19, 316 N. Pleasant St., Portland, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II controlled substance or its metabolite in the body, a Class C misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 60 days with all but two days suspended and given two days credit for one day served. Fined $1, assessed court costs of $185.50, placed on formal probation for six months and ordered to pay an alcohol and drug countermeasures fee of $200 and a substance abuse program fee of $400. Charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s license, both Class C misdemeanors, were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
Matthew D. Reidenbach, 48, 1350 Meadow Lane, Portland, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for one year with all but four days suspended and given four days credit for two days served. Assessed court costs of $185, placed on formal probation for one year and ordered to pay a domestic violence prevention and treatment fee of $50. As part of a plea agreement, a second charge of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor, was dismissed.
James A. Miller, 52, 7370 E. 400 South, Dunkirk, was found in violation of his probation on the original charge of possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor — Ordered to serve an additional 22 days of the sentence imposed on July 9 and given two days credit for one day served. The sentence will be served on weekends. Probation was terminated unsuccessfully.
Kimberly J. Brock, 52, 461 E. Seventh St., Portland, pleaded guilty to visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor — Sentenced to Jay County Jail for 66 days and given six days credit for three days served. Assessed court costs of $185. A charge of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
Michael R. Paxson, 6870 N. 750 West, Bryant, was found in violation of an animal control ordinance — Fined $250 and assessed court costs of $135.
