Possession, intoxication 

A Dunkirk man was arrested on several drug-related charges Wednesday night. 

Neal E. Fields, 42, 320 E. Ohio St., was arrested on the preliminary charges of possession of cocaine, narcotics or methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony; public intoxication, a Class A misdemeanor; and possession of marijuana, a Class B misdemeanor.

He was booked at 9:17 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $4,500 bond. 

Possession 

A Portland woman was arrested on a drug paraphernalia charge Wednesday. 

Angie L. Fields, 46, 228 E. Elder St., was arrested on the preliminary charge of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony. 

She was booked at 9:24 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $3,000 bond.
