Resisting
A Dunkirk man was arrested Saturday for resisting an officer.
Jerimiah E. Mock, 40, 226 W. Jay St., was arrested on the preliminary charge of resisting an officer, a Level 6 felony.
He was booked at 6 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held on a $3,000 bond.
Probation violation
An Indianapolis man was arrested Sunday for violating his probation.
Nathaniel D. Nusekabel, 36, 4153 Clearlake Way, was arrested on a warrant for violating his probation on the original charge of possession of methamphetamine, a Level 4 felony.
He was booked at 10:31 a.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held without bond.
Failure to appear
A man was arrested Sunday evening for failing to appear in court on several charges.
Anthony J. Harvey, 27, no address listed, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear on charges of unlawful possession of a syringe, a Level 6 felony, and resisting law enforcement and invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanors. He also had a writ of body attachment.
Harvey was booked at 5:17 p.m. into Jay County Jail and is being held without bond.
