Emily Rose Morris and Harold Ford Ratcliff are planning a May 4 wedding.
Emily is the daughter of Tim and Cindy Morris of Portland. Harold is the son of Harold Ratcliff and Gabriel Ericson of Indianapolis.
The prospective bride is a 2013 graduate of Jay County High School and a 2016 graduate of the University of Indianapolis. The prospective groom graduated from North Central High School in 2013 and attended Ivy Tech Community College and Fortis College.
Emily works as a news topical producer for Fox 59/CBS 4 in Indianapolis. Harold is a sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard 38th Infantry Division Headquarters Support Company.
