Civic theatre seeks a director

The spelling bee needs a director.

Jay County Civic Theatre is seeking a director for its April production of “25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.”

Performances of the musical are scheduled for April 16 through 19 at Arts Place. Those interested in directing are asked to send a letter of interest, resume and list of references.

Car show set

Arthur & Gloria Muselman Wellness Pavilion in Berne will host a Classic Car Show from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 23 as part of its Active Aging Week events.

Other events include a train depot tour Sept. 24, water aerobics and yoga classes and a tour of the National Model Aviation Museum on Sept. 26.

Ivy Tech?Community College in Muncie will hold express enrollment sessions from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 19 and 26. Students can receive help with admissions, orientation, testing, financial aid and registering for classes.
