Movies, LEGOs and learning are all part of library activities scheduled for October.
Jay County Public Library’s events for next month include a showing of the movie “Toy Story 4” on Oct. 11.
The movie will begin at 3:30 p.m., and popcorn will be provided. Children 7 and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Other activities for the muncie include a LEGO brick challenge from 3 to 7 p.m. Oct. 10 Participants will be challenged to build a Halloween character and leave it to be displayed at the library.
A seminar on winter car care is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday.

Darke County Genealogy will host its fall workshop at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 5 at Garst Museum, 205 N. Broadway, Greenville, Ohio.
Dana Palmer will be the featured speaker for the event. Discussions will include using ancestor.com, using Fold 3 for military research, reading German handwriting and Ohio genealogy.
The registration fee is $20 for those who sign up before Sept. 25, or $25 at the door. For more information, email [email protected].
