Appreciation grows for local newspaper

To the editor:

During this coronavirus pandemic, I have really come to realize how much we appreciate having The Commercial Review.

Having to isolate ourselves so much has really made our local newspaper more important to us.

The article about what Jay School Corporation is doing with the lunches for our students was excellent. It makes us feel so proud of our cafeteria staff and bus drivers and all that they do.

Seeing pictures of what students and families are doing at home to get through this rough time is a bright spot each day.

It is nice to still see some sports articles and other happenings in the area. To see plans being made for the future helps us know this will end eventually.

I have always enjoyed the daily sudoku, but have now discovered the crossword puzzle as well. It is also included as a daily activity.
